What is CliniSearch?

A unified search engine for NICE and specialty clinical guidelines, designed for clinicians.

Who is CliniSearch for?

GPs, registrars, hospital clinicians, ACPs, pharmacists, and anyone who uses guidelines daily.

Is CliniSearch free?

Yes — the clinician experience has a free tier. Enterprise features are available for organisations.

How often are guidelines updated?

Continuously. The system tracks source updates and refreshes embeddings automatically.

What guidelines are included?

NICE, RCOG, BSG, UKKA, BOA, BSH, ACPGBI, BAPRAS, ABS, BHIVA and more coming soon.

Can I trust the guideline summaries?

Yes. All content is extracted directly from the original guideline text — no interpretation.

How should I search?

Ask clinical questions (“when to refer CKD”, “anti-D in miscarriage”) or use keywords.

Does CliniSearch include the Green Book?

Not yet — integration is planned.

Does CliniSearch include local trust guidelines?

Not currently.

Is there a mobile version?

Yes — fully responsive and works on any device.

I logged in but got an error after searching — what do I do?

Try refreshing or re-logging in; if it persists, contact support@clinisearch.co.uk.

Why can’t I see some specialty guidelines?

They may be enterprise-only corpora or not yet integrated.

Search returned irrelevant results — why?

Try rephrasing the query; semantic search improves with specificity.

Why is a particular guideline missing?

Some societies do not provide open access; integration is ongoing.

Why does the platform seem slow?

Traffic spikes or background re-indexing may momentarily slow results.

Do you store patient data?

No. CliniSearch is not for patient-identifiable data and stores none.

Is my search history saved?

Only for usage analytics; no personal or clinical data stored.

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Yes. Zero patient data plus encrypted authentication.

Can CliniSearch integrate into EPR systems?

Enterprise plans include API access for integration.

Who built CliniSearch?

A UK clinician-led team focused on improving real-world workflow.
